Job Description

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees; foster a positive work environment.

Sales & Profitability:

Set sales goals, analyze performance, implement strategies to boost revenue, and manage store budgets.

Customer Service:

Resolve issues, set service standards, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, ordering, rotation, and conduct counts.

Store Operations:

Oversee daily activities, opening/closing, visual merchandising, and maintain cleanliness.

Compliance & Security:

Enforce policies, health & safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.

Reporting:

Prepare financial and sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
