Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
Greet customers and provide assistance in product selection.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
2. Store Operations:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Manage inventory, restocking, and placement of products as per Miniso standards.
Perform daily cash register operations and maintain accurate billing records.
3. Team Management:
Assist in training and supervising sales associates.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning.
4. Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory checks.
5. Merchandising and Display:
Set up displays and promotions as per company guidelines.
Ensure proper labeling of products and pricing accuracy.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
3.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
