Responsibilities Include:

Deliver excellent service to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction Drive sales and achieve targets set, by motivating, coaching, and mentoring the team Create new ideas to generate additional business from various sources Maintain and monitor inventory levels required Recruit & train new staff on product knowledge and refreshers whenever required Prepare reports with sales data, analyzing week/month/yearly trend comparison Understand how the market is performing with competition and stay updated Increase profitability with the available resources Review the team members weekly and monthly on their performance Adhere to all processes designed to ensure Brand Compliance is followed Coordinate with several departments to ensure all SOPs are followed and ensure smooth operations Passionate towards learning new skills and in current role and future requirements ? Administrating the store operations and financial needs like banking, petty cash
