Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

to take charge of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and drive jewellery sales Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets Oversee inventory, product display, and store maintenance Lead, train, and manage the performance of store staff Handle billing, reporting, and daily operational tasks Foster strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and service Assist with local marketing efforts and in-store promotional activities

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Minimum

5 years of experience

in

jewellery retail

Strong sales, communication, and leadership abilities Proficiency in billing systems and inventory management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
