The Store Manager will be responsible for handling the complete operations of the gaming zone -- from customer bookings to billing and payments. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain gaming equipment, deliver great customer experiences, and oversee accounts and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end operations of the gaming zone.
Manage customer bookings, scheduling, and slot management.
Provide hands-on assistance to customers with gaming guns, equipment, and safety instructions.
Ensure all gaming equipment is properly maintained and in working condition.
Handle billing, payments, and daily cash/account settlements.
Maintain accurate sales and expense records.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Supervise and train staff to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.
Monitor inventory and stock levels for gaming accessories and consumables.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
Ensure the gaming zone is clean, organized, and follows all safety protocols.
Plan and execute promotions or special events to attract customers.
