Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role located in Coimbatore. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing personnel, effectively controlling stock, and maintaining the quality of the store. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust customer service plan and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for mitigating retail loss prevention and promoting the store's product offerings.

Customer Service and Communication skills Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills Ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving goals Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability Proficiency in MS Office applications and retail management software Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field Experience in retail management or customer service roles

Salary

The selected candidate will be provided a salary of Rs.22000/- initially. Incentives will be provided after 3 months. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
