Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at our Pondi Bazaar, Mylapore, Nanganallur location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of running the store. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree
Experience - Should be performed as Store In-charge or Store Manager role for minimum 5 years.
