Job Purpose

:

To oversee and manage the daily operations of the McRennett Foods retail outlet, ensuring smooth functioning of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Store Incharge is also responsible for inventory control, staff management, hygiene standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Store Operations Management

:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Monitor and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company guidelines. Ensure proper opening and closing of the store as per SOPs. Supervise product display, FIFO (First In First Out), and shelf-life management.

2. Inventory and Stock Management

:

Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Conduct daily/weekly stock checks and minimize wastage, pilferage, and expired items. Coordinate with the central kitchen and logistics team for timely replenishment.

3. Sales & Customer Service

:

Drive sales and achieve store targets. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally. Promote upselling and cross-selling by training and motivating the team.

4. Team Management

:

Supervise, train, and schedule store staff (sales executives, helpers, etc.). Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and attendance. Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

5. Reporting & Documentation

:

Prepare and submit daily sales reports, stock reports, and wastage summaries. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.

Key Skills & Competencies

:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Customer-centric approach. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Inventory control and reporting skills. Ability to handle POS systems and basic Excel/ERP tools. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
