Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Control and maintain optimal stock levels for cotton bales, spares (Blow Room to Autoconer), lubricants, doffing materials, and consumables.

Material Flow:

Ensure timely issue of materials to production sections Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Simplex, Ring Frame, Winding, Packing.

Technical Validation:

Verify specifications of parts like spindle bearings, clearer rollers, sensors, etc., against purchase orders.

Audit & Compliance:

Maintain GRNs, Issue Slips, Returns, and Reconciliation Sheets as per ISO/5S & internal audits.

Inventory Techniques:

Implement FIFO/LIFO, ABC analysis, and JIT methods for efficient stock control.

Stock Audits:

Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits aligned with ERP.

Team Leadership:

Lead and train a team of storekeepers; enable cross-functional store operations.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Work closely with production and maintenance teams for forecast planning and minimizing downtime.
Candidate Profile:

Industry Expertise:

Strong knowledge in spinning store operations with hands-on experience in handling textile machinery spares (Lakshmi, Trtzschler, Rieter, Schlafhorst, Savio, Vortex, etc.).

ERP Skills:

Proficient in ERP/SAP-based inventory systems.

Soft Skills:

Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,786.61 - ₹40,286.68 per month
