Required Qualifications & Experience
Age: 35 - 45 years
Minimum 10 years of jewellery retail experience
Minimum 5-7years of experience as a Store Manager in a reputed jewellery brand
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service excellence
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to lead our jewellery showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive jewellery retail knowledge, and proven experience managing store teams and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Handle stock management, billing, and inventory control.
Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to drive performance.
Address customer queries and resolve escalations promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
