Managing sales as per the required KPIs
Maintaining stock with proper inwards and sales outwards
Managing Sales team and tailoring team
Monitoring and Managing the store expenses
Managing ang responsible for Profitable P&L
Supporting the marketing activities
Responsible for store accounts
Candidate eligibility:
Any Degree with Minimum 5 Years experience in Apparels retail industry (Preferably Fabric & Tailoring background)
Good knowledge about retail standards
Age Between 25 to 35
Two Wheeler Preferred
Job Timings:
10.00 am to 9 Pm. ( 90 Mins break time)
One Week Off per week between Tuesday to Friday is applicable

Sales Incentive benefits available based on Target Achievements
Bonus will be applicable only after the completion of 1 year
Increments will be given based on Candidate Performance and Appraisal will be held on May Month of every year.
Medical Insurance policy is provided for candidates who complete 6 months in the firm
3 Pair of Uniform will be provided for every 6 Months.
Employees can avail 15% Discounts on Fabrics and 10% Discount on Tailoring services and readymade garments and it limits to 50000/- purchase value per Rolling 12 Months.
Travelling expenses will be provided for store related travels.
Probation: Candidate will be on probation for six months and upon satisfaction of management the candidate will be made permanent.
