Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management in SAP:

Manage inbound and outbound stock using SAP; create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue materials, update stock levels, and track inventory movement.

ERP Documentation & Reporting:

Generate daily stock reports, consumption summaries, and material movement reports using SAP. Maintain accurate digital and physical records.

Material Handling & Storage:

Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/LIFO practices. Organize and label materials as per company SOPs.

Team Supervision:

Guide and supervise store assistants in material handling, data entry, and safety compliance.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination:

Collaborate with the purchase and accounts teams for material procurement, inspection, and vendor follow-ups through SAP workflows.

Audit & Compliance:

Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate stock records, batch traceability, and SAP compliance with ISO/industry standards.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

Prepare dispatch documentation (delivery challans, packing lists) and coordinate with logistics for timely shipments.

Loss Prevention & Housekeeping:

Monitor inventory to minimize shrinkage, material damage, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Cycle Counting & Stock Reconciliation:

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,374.15 per month
