Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary issues.

Sales and Profitability:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring sales performance to maximize profitability.

Customer Service:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining an organized parts department.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and optimizing resource utilization.

Financial Management:

Monitoring store performance, managing budgets, and ensuring financial goals are met.

Compliance:

Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.

Team Leadership:

Motivating and leading the sales team, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting team development.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,386.00 per month
