Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Optical Store Manager

to lead our retail optical outlet. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all store operations, including opening and closing activities Lead and motivate the sales and optometry team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing Oversee eye testing appointments and coordinate with optometrists Provide training to new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in optical retail, in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of optical products (frames, lenses, contact lenses) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Basic computer skills (POS, billing, stock management systems) Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills Graduate in any discipline (Optometry background preferred but not mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
