Store Manager Required - Athlene Sports & Fitness

Experience: 2-5 years (Retail / Sports / Lifestyle preferred)
Athlene Sports & Fitness is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations
Achieve monthly sales targets & improve store performance
Handle inventory, stock planning & vendor coordination
Lead, train & motivate the sales team
Ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain store visual merchandising & cleanliness
Handle billing, cash management & basic reporting
Requirements
Prior experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in retail
Strong leadership & people management skills
Knowledge of sports & fitness products (preferred)
Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, inventory software)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Salary
? 20000- ? 25000 per month (based on experience)
