Job Title: TUMBLEDRY Store Manager

The Laundry Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the laundry shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and achieving sales. The manager ensures the store runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Ensure laundry services (washing, drying, folding, ironing, dry cleaning if applicable) meet quality standards. Monitor inventory of detergents, supplies, and materials Ensure machines and equipment are clean, functional, and properly maintained

Staff Management

Assign tasks and ensure staff follow standard operating procedures Monitor employee performance and provide feedback Ensure staff follow safety, hygiene, and customer service guidelines

Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally Ensure a friendly, clean, and welcoming store environment Build customer loyalty through consistent service quality

Sales & Financial Management

Manage daily sales, cash handling, and record keeping Prepare basic reports on sales, expenses, and productivity Help set pricing, promotions, and service packages Control costs and reduce waste

Health, Safety & Cleanliness

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards Enforce proper handling of chemicals and equipment Maintain an organized and hygienic work environment
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus) Previous experience in retail, laundry services, or store management preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Basic math and record-keeping skills Ability to multitask and solve problems
Working Conditions

Standing for extended periods Handling laundry equipment and cleaning supplies Working flexible hours, including weekends if needed
