The

Store Manager

will oversee all aspects of operations at the

Titan World + Titan Eyeplus

combo store -- driving sales across watches, wearables, and eyewear, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining operational and visual standards. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and business acumen to achieve profitability while representing the Titan brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Titan's brand standards Lead, train, and motivate the store team to ensure high performance Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance store performance Collaborate with the Area Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve efficiency Ensure operational excellence and maintain visual merchandising as per Titan guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
