Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Handle floor sales and actively engage with customers to drive sales
Guide customers in selecting suitable luggage and daily-use bags based on their needs
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Supervise, train, and coordinate with sales staff
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets
Ensure proper stock handling, display, and inventory management
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting
Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in floor sales (retail)
Experience in
bags / luggage retail
will be an added advantage
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Good team coordination and leadership abilities
Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store performance
