Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located at our Trichy store. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that retail loss prevention policies are being followed.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication Experience in store management or a related field Knowledge of retail loss prevention policies and procedures Leadership skills, including the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team Organizational skills, including the ability to manage inventory and ensure product availability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus

Benefits

The selected candidate will be in probation period of six months, and salary of Rs.25,000/- will be paid. Incentives will be provided after six months
