Job Title: Store Manager

Experience - 2-3 years

Salary-upto 35K

Working Days- Mon to Sat ( Friday Off)

Timing- 9.30 to 6.30

Location- Dombivli

Experience- Min 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the factory's inventory and storage operations.

2. Utilize SAP software to effectively track and manage inventory levels, orders, and shipments.

3. Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

4. Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

5. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and fulfill production requirements.

7. Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

8. Train and supervise store staff to ensure proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols.

9. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare reports for management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software is required.

4. Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection processes.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

9. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to inventory management.
