Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations:

Managing the store's daily activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Managing staff:

Supervising, motivating, and mentoring store personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Maintaining inventory:

Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory accuracy, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.

Ensuring customer satisfaction:

Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Achieving sales targets:

Implementing sales strategies, promoting products, and working towards meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Managing finances:

Handling cash flow, processing transactions, and managing store expenses.

Maintaining store standards:

Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.

Coordinating with vendors
