Job Summary:
The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring it runs smoothly. This includes managing staff, handling inventory, delivering great customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Staff:
Supervise and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
Customer Service:
Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Control:
Manage stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Sales Targets:
Help the store meet sales goals by managing product displays and promotions.
Store Cleanliness:
Keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
Cash Handling:
Oversee cash register operations and ensure proper cash management.
Reports:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Skills & Requirements:
5+ years of retail or supermarket management experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).
