Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic

Store Manager

to oversee daily operations at our leading hypermarket in Trivandrum.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer-handling ability, and experience in retail/store management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store and floor operations Supervise and guide staff across departments Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations Monitor stock levels, shelf display, and product availability Coordinate with purchase, billing, warehouse, and logistics teams Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in achieving sales targets Train and motivate team members for performance improvement Manage shift schedules and staff attendance

Requirements

Minimum

2-4 years

experience in retail / supermarket / hypermarket Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (POS, reports, Excel) Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours Qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
