Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Manage inventory, stocking, and merchandising.
Oversee cash handling and sales reporting.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Retail or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic inventory knowledge.
Work Conditions:
Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
