Store Manager/ Storekeeper

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Manage all day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, store presentation, and maintenance.

Sales & Performance:

Implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and achieve sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators to drive revenue.

Customer Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert product knowledge, conducting demonstrations, and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels, ensure timely restocking of smart home products, and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize availability.

Technical Expertise:

Develop a strong understanding of the home automation products sold, including their benefits and features, to effectively explain them to customers and guide them in making choices.

Marketing & Promotions:

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, visual merchandising, and in-store events to attract customers and drive sales.

Financial & Administration:

Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure the store adheres to all company policies, labor laws, and safety and security protocols.

Collaboration:

Work with technical teams for seamless installation and after-sales support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store objectives with company goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
