Greet and guide walk-in clients and contractors in the showroom.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products like tiles, paints, pipes, sanitaryware, etc.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge to confidently upsell and cross-sell.
Close sales effectively and achieve showroom sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
Ensure post-sale satisfaction and handle minor service-related concerns.
Team & Store Operations:
Manage showroom staff and ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and purchase departments.
Ensure timely billing, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Follow-Up & Reporting:
Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and conversions.
Regularly follow up on leads through calls or in-person visits.
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and walk-ins.
