Manager has to lead &achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement. Smooth showroom operations on day to day basis. Maintain floor discipline and administration. Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit. Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organisation SOP. Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in the showroom. Updating staff with present scheme & promotions. Keep a tap on market competition. Coordinate with reporting manager for business.
