Job Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and staff activities

Handle sales targets, customer service, and store performance

Supervise inventory, billing, and stock management

Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve issues

Train, motivate, and manage store staff

Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports

Coordinate with management for promotions and offers

Requirements

Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of retail sales and operations

Good communication and problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (billing, reports, Excel)

Experience in electronics/retail preferred

Salary

?16,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
