JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2 Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentioring staff. 3 Create Business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. 4 Hire and train new staff. 5 Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. 6 Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. 7 Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. 8 Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. 9 Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. 10 Monitor inventory levels and order new items. REQUIREMENT
- Having experience of FMCG sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Having knowledge of Excel.
