JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2 Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentioring staff. 3 Create Business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. 4 Hire and train new staff. 5 Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. 6 Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. 7 Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. 8 Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. 9 Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. 10 Monitor inventory levels and order new items. Having experience of FMCG sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Having knowledge of Excel.
