Along with our flagship store in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, this is an online venture based in Chandigarh, India with a client base from all over the world. Job Brief: We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company\xe2\x80\x99s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Responsibilities

• Work on the end-to-end management of our Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp account
• Reply to DMs, requests, and comments.
• Work on daily posting on Instagram
• Work on regular updation of the WhatsApp catalog
• Handle all customer queries and build client relationships
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Knowledge about Indian traditionals

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 910,000.00 per month Schedule:
