BANARAS SAREE CENTRE LLP is seeking a responsible and experienced Showroom / Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our saree showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong retail management skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to manage overall store activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
:
1. Manage complete showroom operations
2. Provide professional customer service and handle queries
3. Monitor daily sales and maintain accurate sales records
4. Manage cash handling, billing, and POS processes
5. Conduct stock checking and maintain inventory levels
6. Supervise staff, allot tasks, and ensure discipline
7. Resolve customer complaints professionally
Required Experience & Skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience in Retail (Saree / Clothing / Jewellery preferred, but not mandatory)
2. Strong store management and customer service abilities
3. Proficient in cash handling and inventory control
4. Confident, responsible, and capable of managing a team
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
