Store Manager - Samoh Fashion Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store employees. Motivating the team, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving disciplinary issues.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Developing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve profitability targets for the store.

Inventory Control:

Managing stock levels, overseeing stocktaking, and ordering new products to ensure sufficient stock and minimize losses from overstocking or stockouts.

Customer Service:

Ensuring the store provides excellent customer service, which aligns with Westside's mission to exceed customer expectations, according to Westside's "About Us" page.

Store Appearance and Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment to attract customers.

Financial Management:

Creating and managing the store's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.

Loss Prevention:

Implementing and enforcing security measures and protocols to prevent theft and fraud within the store.

Compliance:

Ensuring the store operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications

Leadership:

Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.

Strategic Thinking:

Developing business plans and strategies to grow the retail business and enhance client relationships.

Sales Acumen:

Experience in driving sales and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Operational Management:

Strong ability to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, effective store performance.

Multitasking and Coordination:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Customer Focus:

A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building client relationships.

Fashion Sense:

Given Westside's focus on fashion, an understanding of styling, quality, and fashion trends is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
