1. Store Manager
( Male)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Store Manager
to oversee all aspects of our new men's fashion outlet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, particularly within the fashion industry, and possess exceptional leadership and operational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase footfall, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Oversee cash handling procedures, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a men's fashion outlet/showroom.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
Presentable personality and good communication skills are a must.
Must be a local resident of Ambala City/Cantt.
Salary:
15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
2. Sales Staff ( Male, Female)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales Staff
to provide excellent service and drive sales in our men's fashion outlet. If you have a passion for fashion and experience in retail sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, offering product information and styling advice.
Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and help them find suitable products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in a men's fashion outlet/showroom.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of men's fashion trends and products is a plus.

Salary:
12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
