We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Store Manager - Sales
to manage our bicycle retail outlet. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in store sales and be capable of leading a team, achieving sales targets, and providing an exceptional in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, stock management, customer service.
Drive in-store product sales by actively engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations.
Ensure the store meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle in-store billing, product demos, and after-sales support.
Record and manage customer data for follow-ups, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and local events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in store sales (experience in cycle, automobile, or electronics retail preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
