Key Responsibilities:

Fleet & Inventory Management:

Manage the physical inventory of the EV fleet and components including check-ins, check-outs, and tracking vehicle,batteries & chargers' movements. Monitor battery levels and coordinate with the maintenance or charging team to ensure sufficient charged vehicles are available for rent. Perform basic inspections of returned vehicles, noting any damage or maintenance requirements, and logging this information in the system. Claim and record warranties of Vehicle,Chargers and Batteries. Liaise with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing of the fleet.

Store Operations & Administration:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a clean, organised, and safe environment for both customers and staff. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local RTO requirements for vehicle rentals.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

Proven experience in a retail, customer service, or rental environment is required. Prior experience in two-wheeler sales or the automotive industry is a plus.

Skills:

Sound experience of Advance Excel & Google Forms is a must to apply for this job.

Customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or a willingness to learn EV-specific technology. Familiarity with inventory management software, POS systems, and basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and solve problems effectively. A valid two-wheeler driving license is required. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation is a plus.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a store environment, which may include weekends and holidays depending on the business needs. The work may require physical activity such as moving vehicles and handling inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
