We are looking for an experienced and confident Store Manager to lead our Tanishq Jewellery showroom in Sagar. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in managing a premium retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, staff supervision, and smooth customer flow.
Achieve sales targets and ensure top-quality customer service.
Handle inventory, stock control, billing, and cash management efficiently.
Maintain the store's visual appearance and uphold Tanishq's brand standards.
Motivate and train the sales team to deliver high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Monitor market trends and suggest ideas to improve store performance.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in store management (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or retail industry).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Smart and presentable personality with a customer-centric attitude.
