Overall management of store operations and daily activities
Handling sales targets and ensuring revenue growth
Managing store staff: recruitment, training, duty rosters, and performance
Maintaining excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
Inventory management, stock audits, and coordination with head office
Ensuring visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Handling cash, billing, and basic accounts coordination
Ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Sales planning and target achievement
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory control
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, POS)
