to lead our showroom operations and drive sales excellence.
Job Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, managing staff, ensuring superior customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, retail expertise, and experience in the jewelry or luxury retail segment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end showroom operations and daily activities
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and support staff
Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
Maintain inventory control, stock reconciliation, and audits
Handle high-value customer interactions and closing of sales
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security norms
Coordinate with head office for reports, sales analysis, and planning
Maintain showroom visual merchandising and brand presentation
Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Store Manager / Showroom Manager (Jewelry or Luxury Retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of jewelry sales, customer handling, and showroom operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities
Experience in inventory management and MIS reporting
Ability to work long retail hours and handle pressure situations
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer systems
Preferred Experience
3+ years of experience in Jewelry Retail Management
Experience handling premium or luxury customers
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry
