Female Store Manager

to lead our team at

Attic

in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

Manage daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Sales Management:

Drive sales growth by analyzing trends and managing inventory levels effectively.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and dispute resolution.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain the store's aesthetic appeal and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and manage cash handling/billing procedures.

Requirements:

Gender:

Female candidates only.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Sales or Store Management.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/Billing software).

Availability:

Must be comfortable working retail hours/shifts.
