Responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales, and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and hospitality clients while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, sales, staff, and customer experience
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, hotels, cafes, and resorts
Handle premium walk-in customers and B2B clients
Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics
Train and manage store staff
Prepare sales reports and MIS
Requirements:
1-4years' experience in furniture or luxury retail
Strong retail sales and B2B exposure
Proven store management experience
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of furniture and interior decor preferred
Bangalore-based candidates preferred
