Known for real silver zardozi, intricate karigari, and timeless silhouettes, the brand celebrates Indian art and culture at its core. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager who can uphold this legacy through exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
Role Overview
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of the store, from client relations and sales performance to team leadership and store upkeep. Your role is central to maintaining the brand's premium image and ensuring every client feels immersed in the Gaurav Katta experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Experience
Deliver a high-end, personalised client experience aligned with the brand's ethos.
Drive sales targets, analyse performance, and implement strategies to enhance conversions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, including VIP clients and brides.
Maintain deep product knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and silhouettes.
2. Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and train the store staff to ensure consistent service standards.
Create a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven store culture.
Schedule staff shifts and monitor daily operations.
3. Store Operations
Ensure the store's visual presentation matches brand guidelines at all times.
Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and product movement.
Coordinate with the design, production, and warehouse teams for product availability.
Manage billing, documentation, and compliance with brand processes.
4. Brand Representation
Maintain the brand's luxury image in client interactions and store conduct.
Ensure confidentiality of client data, exclusive designs, and store operations.
Support brand events, trunk shows, and exhibitions when required.
5. Problem Solving & Reporting
Address client concerns and operational challenges promptly.
Prepare regular sales and inventory reports for the management team.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal couture, or premium fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and handle high-value clientele.
Understanding of Indian textiles, crafts, and couture is preferred.
Highly organised, polished, and responsible.
Ability to work on festivals, and peak bridal seasons.
