Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

with a strong background in

jewellery retail

to lead our Sri Ganganagar showroom. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamond, silver, gemstones), excellent leadership skills, and proven expertise in driving sales while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery store. Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and motivation. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure premium customer service and build long-term client relationships. Maintain store ambiance, visual merchandising, and hygiene standards. Supervise billing, stock management, and inventory control. Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing strategies. Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to management. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong background in

jewellery retail

(minimum 5 years). Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Sales-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Proficiency in billing software, MS Office, and POS systems. Ability to manage stock, inventory, and reporting.
