Job Summary:
Crazy Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated
Store Manager
to lead and manage the daily operations of the coffee outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, deliver high-quality service to customers, and lead a team effectively to meet sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the store including opening, closing, and shift management
Manage and train baristas and support staff to maintain high service standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory
Handle customer issues and complaints with professionalism
Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to shift timings
Prepare and review sales reports, targets, and performance metrics
Ensure store cleanliness, product availability, and visual merchandising
Coordinate with HR and area managers for recruitment, training, and reporting
Promote upselling and implement marketing offers effectively
Requirements:
Graduation preferred (Hospitality/Management background a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B/retail
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and POS systems
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
