Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of sales associates and other staff. Manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals. Provide training on product knowledge, customer service, and brand standards.

Sales and Operations:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets. Oversee the visual merchandising of the store to meet brand standards and drive sales. Handle administrative and financial tasks, including managing the store budget and reporting on key financial metrics. Conduct daily operational tasks like opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service:

Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Handle customer complaints, returns, and other issues professionally. Train staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Inventory and Merchandising:

Manage inventory levels, including ordering new stock and conducting regular counts. Implement new product launches, promotions, and window displays. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.

Compliance and Security:

Enforce company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Qualifications and skills

Previous retail management or supervisory experience is often required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service best practices. Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports. A flair for fashion and an understanding of current clothing trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
