Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Manage inventory levels, billing systems, and visual merchandising standards
Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team to maintain performance and service quality
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
Address and resolve walk-in customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
Maintain store hygiene, layout organization, and stock accuracy
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff
Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory/stock management software may be an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
Highly organized, punctual, and results-driven
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory for local commute and coordination
