Job Description
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Monitoring on billing & collection by sales staff
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Monitoring on billing & collection by sales staff
Monitoring on stock inward & outward from store
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS report as per requirement to management
Responsible for managing the assets of the store
Collaborate with the head office / branch office
Proven successful experience as a retail manager. Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment.
Candidates with bachelor's degrees will be given preference
Customer service-oriented attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Numerical and analytical knowledge to properly manage cash and financial records
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Fluency in Marathi
