The ideal candidate will have experience in bakery retail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care. Recommend suitable bakery products and explain their features, quality, and pricing. Manage daily store operations, inventory, and product displays. Train and lead the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in retail or bakery management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Office). Ability to handle peak hours and maintain a positive work environment. Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation in Hospitality, Retail Management, or Commerce preferred.
