Job in Brief:



Understand and stay up-to-date with product knowledge; build strong relationship with customers, meet and try to exceed sales target , maintain cleab and organized store environment; provide team leadership and collaborate with other departments to ensure store functions are carried out smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities



Product Knowledge

: Understanding of features, benefits and pricing of baby products.

Customer Service:

Assist Customers, answer questions and provide recommendations.

Sales and Up-selling

: Alert sales target, cross-sell and up-sell products.

Product Demonstration

: Show-case products and their usage.

Store Maintenance

: Maintain store displays, inventory and cleanliness.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock-levels, report shortages, and restock.

Customer Feedback

: Gather feedback and report to management on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) and implement corrective actions.

Accounting

: The transactions and update reporting engagement level and motivate them to perform. Provide targets and measurable for performance and review and give feedback on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).

Specific Tasks and Measurable

:

Greet and engage customers

- Customer base ( retention and growth).

Make recommendations based on customer needs

- Movement of inventories;Turn Around of investments and cash cycle.

Process Sales Transaction / Payments

- Accuracy and regular accounting and co-ordination with back office.

Conduct product demonstration

- Obtain feedback and analyse.

Restock shelves and maintain store displays

-Analyze and improve stocks based on sales trend and customer feedback.

Monitor inventory levels

- Updated report of inventory management (daily, weekly, monthly).

Report Customer feedback, sales insights and review

- Monthly Customer Feedback Report review.

Participate in VM

- Feedback Report and improvements made.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Sales target vs. Actual ( weekly / monthly review), Weekly team meetings, Team members feedback.

Skills and Qualification

:

Basic knowledge of baby care and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated enthusiasm in selling (selling skills), handling difficult questions and presentation. Basic math and accuracy in transactions. Strict adherence to billing, accounting, payment transaction procedures. Physical ability to lift and move products of manageable size and weight. Integrity, commitment and ownership - flawless transactions, theft-free environment and teamwork

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
