Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service
Drive store sales and meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Manage store inventory, stock levels, ordering, and replenishment
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff performance
Monitor and manage shrinkage, wastage, and loss prevention measures
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports for management
Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and store presentation
