Receive, store, issue, and record raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices as per food safety norms.
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability without overstocking.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances.
Control slow-moving, non-moving, and expired materials.
